Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology (Health Psychology) and has been practicing as a registered Psychologist for over 2 years. Victoria has predominantly worked with adults and older adults. Victoria has experience in treating common psychological difficulties such as depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, grief and loss, disordered sleep, and in promoting adjustment following life changes or adversities.

Victoria’s training in Health Psychology means that in addition to skills in counseling, assessment and treatment of psychological disorders, she can offer interventions that target the link between psychological and physical health. Victoria is experienced with helping individuals to cope with the many challenges of living with physical issues such as chronic pain and chronic diseases, and provides support in the recovery from injury and other major health events. Victoria is also interested in improving overall quality of life, including supporting lifestyle changes (e.g., weight management) and finding ways to build meaning and fulfillment.

Victoria offers a high level of training in psychological assessment for adults, case formulation, and evidence-based therapies. Victoria is warm and compassionate and works collaboratively with her clients. She strives to help individuals find their strengths and to empower them to make positive changes.

Keira is a Registered Psychologist who enjoys working with adult clients, both individually and in couples. Given her experience and training as a Paramedic, in a crisis intervention role and with Critical Incident Debriefing (CID); she is able to effectively work with clients at risk and with individuals who have concurrent medical concerns.

Keira is passionate about guiding and supporting clients to uncover what may be driving unhelpful behaviours, learn strategies to approach situations differently and facilitate personal growth through treatment. In her work, she develops and implements tailored treatment plans to assist individuals who are experiencing a range of mental health issues. She has also assisted a number of clients working through life changes such as grief and loss, injury or illness, workplace difficulties, and relationship challenges or breakdowns.

Keira has a particular interest in working with individuals with suicidal ideation, and with adult couples. She also enjoys working with individuals and couples who have alternate relationship structures, as well as with people facing changes, questions, or issues relating to gender and/or sexuality.
